The “Hospital” card pack was created for both neurotypical and special educational needs children, to help them understand and process the experiences they may encounter during hospital check-ups and surgeries. The goal of the pack is to visually and clearly present what will happen, reducing anxiety and fear.
The cards feature colorful, illustrated images that guide children step by step through hospital procedures, such as arriving at the hospital, undergoing examinations, preparing for surgery, and recovering afterwards.
This set also includes some of the main cards found in the Daily Routine pack, such as meals, sleep, and hygiene, making it possible to visually display a child’s typical hospital day. For this reason, the pack can be used on its own in a hospital setting.
